We are seeking a dynamic candidate to join our Investor Relations & Advisory team in Milan. The expected start date is 1st March or 1st of April 2026. Responsibilities You will be primarily responsible for : Delivering advisory support and analytics for clients (studies, presentations, market surveillance, briefing and feedback memos, investors ID and targeting) according to quality and commitment standards. Monitoring clients' investor relations activity (share capital evolution, investors CRM management roads books) and producing periodic market updates and listing reports. Participating in the evolution of the services content by identifying client needs and fostering cross‑selling of Advisory & IR solutions, contributing to Shareholder Analysis reports and ESG advisory support. Contributing to business development by preparing advisory pitches, reporting activities in a CRM, and participating in the preparation of marketing events and content such as webinars and sectorial barometers. Participating in meetings with clients after a few months of training based on the learning curve. Your Profile Young professional with proven experience in the financial markets industry and strong academic credentials. Previous experience related to Equity Capital Markets and/or Investor Relations (equity research, equity sales, equity trading, consultancy, in‑house IR). Applicants with professional references will be prioritized. Interest in the Italian economic system and willingness to strengthen knowledge of financial markets. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Italian knowledge is a plus or willingness to learn Italian. Additional languages are a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an international, multicultural, and complex environment. Solid understanding of, and interest in, capital markets. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail as well as project management skills. Willingness and ability to work independently on multiple projects. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, ability to manage large amounts of data, knowledge of financial databases (e.g., Refinitiv, Factset, Bloomberg). Fast learner, pro‑active behaviour, and positive mindset. Strong abilities to perform research and build relevant intelligence on a wide set of quantitative and qualitative topics. Mandatory Requirements To take part in Euronext’s International Graduate Programme you must fulfil the eligibility criteria of a V.I.E: Be 18‑28 years old by the day of the beginning of the mission.
