You won't be closing deals or managing pipelines. We are currently undertaking a major initiative to modernize our tech stack to a fully distributed system to support our business growth for the coming years.The Challenge ShippyPro powers shipping for brands you've definitely bought from. €20M raised. Scaling globally.We've built something that works. Now we need someone obsessed enough to make it explode.Our product sells itself, when people find it. Your job is to engineer the finding. Then engineer the "wow, this is actually very cool" moment. Then engineer the expansion. Then do it again, faster with AI.The challenge is to take a platform with massive potential and unlock its full global scale, designing the GTM frameworks that turn product value into exponential revenue with continuous experiments.You’ll be in charge of our product-led growth strategy with the goal of accelerating our Mid-Market presence, bridging product with commercial strategy, and pushing the organization toward data-obsessed, AI-driven execution.It’s a role for someone who thrives where speed is high, structure is evolving, and the roadmap is yours to write.What You’ll DoReally show the value of our solutions to customersOwn the full lifecycle of Head of Growth activities, from discovery to delivery, focusing on PLG.Develop and manage a pipeline aligned with multi-channel customer acquisition, activation, and expansion.Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience.Execute consultative discovery and tailor ShippyPro’s value proposition.Work closely with Product to identify and ship growth features (onboarding flows, in-app nudges, pricing tests, self-serve motions, etc.).Plus, you will :Partner with Sales to close the feedback loop with customers.Build and mentor a small, high-performing Growth team (growth and product marketers) as we scale.What You'll Bring7+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, or Revenue roles in a SaaS or high-growth environment, including at least 2–3 years in a senior / lead position.Strong consultative and analytical skills.Experience working with tools such as HubSpot, marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot / Marketo), Google Analytics / GA4, and A / B testing / experimentation tools.Fluency in English (written and spoken); Italian or other European languages are a strong plus.A proven track record of moving the needle on key metrics (sign-ups, SQLs, win rate, expansion, churn) through structured experimentation.Deep understanding of SaaS funnels, from paid and organic acquisition all the way through onboarding, engagement, and expansion.The ability to turn complex data into clear insights and action plans, and to communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.A hands‑on, builder mindset : you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves, setting up campaigns, digging into dashboards, and iterating quickly.Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, CX) without direct authority.Comfort working in an international, fast‑paced, and constantly evolving environment where priorities shift and new opportunities emerge quickly.Why join usBe part of a fast‑scaling SaaS company with global reach and ambitious goals.Sell a product that solves real‑world problems and delights customers.Smart, international team and a culture that values speed, autonomy, and customer obsession.Career Growth Programs : clear growth paths and structured goals for every role, supported by a continuous feedback system that values honesty and transparency, on both sidesPerks : meal vouchers (remote or onsite), no clock‑in / out policy, one‑time home office allowance, company welfare, learning and training bonus, mental healthcare, etc.Compensation : fixed salary within the €50k–€60k range, plus performance‑based bonus.Thanks for considering joining our team.
