PCIe System Integration Engineer

Annapurna Labs is looking for an Experienced System Integration Engineer to help define, shape, and integrate cutting‑edge solutions for the next generation of our cloud platforms. In this role you will set the strategy for the PCIe interface you own, ensure the design worked well and drive complex system debugs involving HW, FW and SW components. You will work in amazingly wide scale and will also provide leadership by driving the teams around you to raise the bar and deliver higher quality product on behalf of Amazon customers. This is a fast‑paced, intellectually challenging position, and you will work with thought leaders in multiple areas of technology. You will set high standards for yourself and everyone you work with, and will be constantly looking for ways to improve the performance, quality, cost and reliability of AWS products and services. We are changing an industry, and we want individuals who are ready for this challenge and want to reach beyond what is possible today.Key Job ResponsibilitiesDefine new products Validation strategy and lead the executionSupport ongoing integrations of new productsMonitor and raise the operational excellence related to the interface you own.Lead triage, debug and root cause analysis of systems in AWS data centersCooperate with AWS teams to improve quality and reliability of products operation in the fleetProvide Annapurna Labs’ ASIC design, SW development, QA and architecture teams information and requirements from customers’ fleet operation perspectives and represent the customer voiceBasic QualificationsB.Sc. in Electrical / Computer Engineering or related field.8+ years of HW Design/Support Experience or in Functional or Electrical Integration/Validation/Debug7+ years’ experience working with systems and experience with their SW, FW and HW components3+ years of Technical Leadership experienceExcellent knowledge on PCIe including SERDES , and controller expertisePreferred QualificationsLarge scale data analysisBasic skills in scripting: Python / Bash etc.Experience with server design and compute systems architecture.Experience with operating systems, boot loaders, networking, and remote debugging.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
