What You'll Do You will join the HR department of BCG Milan office, operating within the broader EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) geographical system. You Are Good At Duties may include, but are not limited to the following: Organizing Employer Branding Events: Planning, coordinating, and executing both in-person and virtual events, ensuring seamless delivery and follow-through; Problem Solving and Adaptability: Managing unexpected challenges by always having contingency plans and maintaining focus under pressure; Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with senior staff, external vendors, and internal teams to align on goals and maintain a collaborative work environment; Content Development: Preparing engaging materials for information sessions, case interview workshops, and other employer branding activities; Operational Support: Handling operational tasks for core HR processes with precision and efficiency; Data-Driven Insights: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of employer branding efforts and recommend improvements; Ensuring Clarity and Organization: Keeping a clear overview of tasks and deadlines, ensuring that all initiatives are executed smoothly and on time. What You'll Bring Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment; Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English; Proactive and positive attitude; Good teamworking skills and ability to interact with different levels across the organization, effectively managing stressful situations; Attention to detail and accuracy; Good organization and time management skills, with a strong orientation to high-quality results while managing multiple priorities; Good proficiency with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and Power Point, Outlook.
