Senior Structural Design Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Structural Design Engineer to collaborate with our R&D department head in developing new products and designs, reviewing existing ones, and providing installation support through technical documentation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer requests for structural design requirements, including load calculations, material selection, and dimensioning.
  • Design and develop innovative structural solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring product quality and safety.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and instructions, to support product installation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Review and revise existing product designs to improve performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Mastery of structural design principles, materials science, and engineering mechanics.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks, and experience with 3D modeling and simulation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural design engineering.
