Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Business Developer – Area Centro Italia (Arezzo)Siamo un’azienda pioniera nella tecnologia laser applicata all’arte orafa, con soluzioni innovative e riconosciute a livello internazionale. Per rafforzare la nostra presenza commerciale nel Centro Italia, cerchiamo una figura dinamica e orientata al risultato, pronta a contribuire alla crescita del nostro brand.Sviluppo del portafoglio clienti nell’area Toscana, Lazio e Molise.Gestione e fidelizzazione dei clienti esistenti con approccio consulenziale.Visite periodiche ai clienti e presentazione di prodotti e soluzioni tecnologiche.Gestione completa del ciclo di vendita: dalla lead qualification alla chiusura.Collaborazione con Marketing per lead generation, messaggi e strategie.Attività di prospecting outbound (cold call, email, social outreach).Coordinamento con il team tecnico per personalizzazioni e supporto post-vendita.Monitoraggio del mercato e dei competitor.Aggiornamento del CRM e rispetto dei KPI commerciali.Partecipazione a fiere ed eventi di settore. Chi cerchiamoUna persona energica, autonoma e orientata agli obiettivi.Almeno 3 anni di esperienza commerciale (preferibile nel settore orafo).Ottime capacità di negoziazione, ascolto ed empatia.Plus: esperienza con macchinari laser e dimostrazioni prodotto.Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte nell’area assegnata.Buone competenze informatiche e conoscenza dell’inglese.Domicilio ad Arezzo o zone limitrofe.Inserimento in un’azienda solida, innovativa e in forte crescita.Formazione tecnica continua su tecnologie di ultima generazione.Ambiente dinamico dove le idee fanno davvero la differenza.Pacchetto retributivo competitivo con incentivi al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.Auto aziendale, telefono, PC e copertura spese trasferte.
