Key Details Business Unit: Italy, Milan Office: Retail Pricing Department: CUO Required Experience: 3–5 years of actuarial pricing experience in non-life insurance About the Role Join our dynamic Retail Pricing team, where you’ll play a key part in shaping non-life insurance pricing strategies, with a strong focus on Motor products. You’ll apply your analytical expertise throughout the entire pricing cycle, from data preparation to price optimization. What You’ll Do Prepare and transform data (ETL) for analysis Build predictive models to support pricing decisions Perform in-depth statistical analysis Support the development of our Technical Model Price Contribute to rates, rating plans, and portfolio pricing strategies Develop insightful reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) Optimize pricing to deliver the best value for our customers and the business What You’ll Bring Good written and spoken English Strong mathematical and analytical skills, supported by your degree Programming experience in SAS, Python, or R Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VBA knowledge is a plus) Experience with WTW Emblem and Radar software A collaborative, team-focused approach Problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude Excellent communication skills About Zurich Chi siamo Siamo uno dei principali gruppi assicurativi al mondo e uno dei pochi che opera a livello globale.
