Join to apply for the Group ICT Project Manager role at Objectway.Objectway is an international wealth, banking, and asset management software provider empowering clients to embrace future challenges while providing great performance today.ResponsibilitiesProject PlanningDefine the scope, objectives, deliverables, and roadmap.Develop detailed project plans, including activities, milestones, effort estimates, and budgets.Coordinate kick-off and planning activities with internal and external teams.Technical OversightMonitor the technical aspects of the project, ensuring consistency with company architectural and technological standards.Collaborate with technical teams to define solutions.Validate technical analyses, designs, test plans, and technological deliverables.Capacity ManagementPlan and manage the necessary resources, ensuring adequate coverage of skills.Monitor team workloads, availability, and performance.Collaborate with department managers to define requirements.Stakeholder ManagementManage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, progress, and critical issues.Conduct meetings, steering committee meetings, and periodic communication activities.Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and vendors.Risk & Quality ManagementIdentify risks, dependencies and problems in a timely manner, defining effective mitigation plans.Ensure compliance with project quality standards and company policies.Monitor project KPIs and take corrective action when necessary.Delivery & ClosureCoordinate project closure activities, lessons learned and final reporting.Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual requirements.QualificationsProven experience (7+ years) in managing complex ICT projects.Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional and agile).Skills in infrastructure, applications and systems integration.Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary, multicultural and multi-supplier teams.Knowledge of PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).Soft SkillsExcellent communication and leadership skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work in complex and structured environments.Independent management of priorities and deadlines.What we offerInternational working environment.Salary commensurate with experience.Company welfare and company performance bonus.Health insurance.Equality PolicyWe are an equal opportunities employer and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.PrivacyPlease read the privacy policy pursuant to Article 13 of the Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) published on our website levelMid-Senior level#J-18808-Ljbffr
