RENEWABLES ENERGY - MILANOIl nostro cliente – un Independent Power Producer (IPP) che detiene partecipazioni e controlla società attive nel settore delle energie rinnovabili – sviluppa, costruisce e gestisce impianti alimentati da fonti rinnovabili, grazie alle competenze del proprio team e all’expertise finanziaria e legale di un partner con un forte know‑how di settore.In fase di crescita, ci ha chiesto di supportarlo nella ricerca di un/a PROJECT DEVELOPER – PV / WIND / BESS (RIF. VEC 05 / 2025) che, rispondendo al Development Manager, dovrà identificare, sviluppare e gestire progetti di impianti fotovoltaici, eolici e BESS sul territorio nazionale, seguendo tutte le fasi dello sviluppo, dalla ricerca delle opportunità all’ottenimento delle autorizzazioni necessarie per la costruzione.ResponsabilitàSvolgere attività di scouting, valutazione e monitoraggio di opportunità di progetti fotovoltaici ed eolici.Analizzare i vincoli tecnici, ambientali ed urbanistici dei siti individuati.Negoziare e gestire i contratti per i terreni necessari allo sviluppo di impianti.Gestire il permitting dei progetti in sviluppo (es. connessione alla rete, PAS, AU, ecc.), coordinando e supervisionando i consulenti esterni.Relazionarsi costantemente con sviluppatori locali, proprietari terrieri, autorità pubbliche, enti locali e fornitori.Supportare la Direzione con report periodici sullo stato di avanzamento dei progetti.Condurre attività di due diligence tecnica, con il supporto di consulenti esterni, su opportunità di sviluppo.Candidato idealeLaureato in Ingegneria, Architettura, Scienze Ambientali o titolo affine.Esperienza nello sviluppo di progetti rinnovabili.Competenze nella valutazione tecnico‑economica di opportunità progettuali.Conoscenza delle normative e procedure autorizzative del settore.Buona conoscenza dei principali software tecnici (ad es.
