Monitor emerging threats and abuse patterns and study compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring their seamless integration into products loved by millions. Implement our Trust & Safety framework. Adapt general best practices to product‑specific risks and needs, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to embed safety into features and workflows. Cooperate with moderation teams. Ensure clarity on evolving policies and streamline moderation processes, personally handling critical or sensitive escalations whenever necessary.What we look forReasoning ability. Typically, we offer an annual salary of £41,255 in London and €39,892 elsewhere in Europe for early‑career candidates. For those with significant relevant experience, the salary ranges from £56,345 to £85,797 in London and €54,346 to €82,557 elsewhere in Europe. Compensation varies by location and impact and grows rapidly with experience and contribution. Exceptional capability may invite compensation beyond the usual ranges. Permanent contracts may include equity at a discounted price, and a 50% tax cut may apply when relocating to Italy. All these benefits.
