Your work will directly contribute to helping others succeed.Shape internal processesthat directly impact engagement and key performance indicators (KPIs). You’ll analyze workflows and recommend improvements to help us provide even better services for our members.Update our internal knowledge baseand contribute to department-wide initiatives focused on knowledge sharing.
