To strengthen the Marketing team within a prestigious Automotive context, we are looking for a Media relations and press office Specialist. The person will be responsible for developing and implementing regional communication strategies aligned with global plans and headquarters guidelines. This role manages media relations, content creation, and press events to strengthen brand and product visibility. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement sub-regional communication plans in line with the global strategy. Build and maintain relationships with local media for product, corporate, lifestyle, brand extension, and motorsport communication. Create and oversee press materials (press kits, photography, localized content). Organize and coordinate media and press events, ensuring consistency with brand positioning. Act as local spokesperson for corporate, lifestyle, brand extension, motorsport, and product communications. Monitor and analyze media performance and KPIs. Manage press car requests and logistics in collaboration with HQ. Provide communication guidelines for dealers and ensure PR training for teams and market representatives. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Communication or Languages. Minimum 2 years in similar roles (PR Manager, Product or Corporate Communication Manager). Fluent Italian and English; German is a plus. We are looking for a professional with strong communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution, the ability to engage stakeholders and senior management, solve problems effectively, build lasting relationships, and bring creativity and storytelling to every project. Location : Bologna area. Offer : fixed-term contract as maternity cover.
