ResponsibilitiesMaintain mise en place levels to guarantee smooth service, focusing on quality, consistency, and impeccable presentation. Embrace opportunities to learn and grow, gaining experience across various kitchen sections under the guidance of senior chefs. Inspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy, ensure proper storage practices, and minimize waste. Prepare food products according to recipes, ensuring precision, care, and adherence to the highest preparation standards. Conduct daily hygiene checks in storage areas and maintain clean, organized workstations in line with Zuma’s high standards. Follow Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment at all times.What We Look ForA genuine love for culinary experiences and a passion for Japanese cuisine.
