Descrizione MyChef, azienda leader nel settore della ristorazione commerciale, è alla ricerca di un cuoco per il ristorante interaziendale sito presso il centro uffici Caldera Park, in zona San Siro a Milano. Mansioni: Trasporto delle merci e disposizione in ordine in cucina; Preparazione delle basi; Pulizia e preparazione degli ortaggi; Preparazione della "linea"; Esecuzione di quanto richiesto di volta in volta dai rispettivi capi partita; Predisposizione dell’impiattamento e servizio di erogazione dei cibi; Utilizzo strumenti e macchinari da cucina; Applicazione delle disposizioni in materia di Qualità, Igiene e ambiente; Controllo di qualità degli alimenti approvvigionati; Attenzione e conoscenza della conservazione degli alimenti; Controllo dello stato di efficienza e pulizia di attrezzature ed utensili; Riassetto dei locali e degli strumenti; Pulizia delle macchine di cucina e pasticceria, i tavoli, le celle frigorifere, i piccoli utensili. È previsto un inserimento al 4° liv. del CCNL Turismo e Pubblici Esercizi con contratto a tempo indeterminato. Turnistica: 6 gg su 7 (o il sabato o la domenica) e saltuarimanete anche settimane a 5 gg su 7 Orario: dalle 5,30 (anche se l'entrata potrebbe essere dalle 5,30 alle 7,30, in base alle necessità di produzione). il sabato o la domenica si lavora solo la mattina: dalle 5,30/6,00 alle 12,00. Requisiti minimi Le persone che stiamo cercando devono: Ottime doti relazionali; ​Orientamento al lavoro di squadra; Abilità manuali (velocità, praticità); Flessibilità e disponibilità oraria in base alle esigenze organizzative; Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, sabato e festivi; Automunito/motomunito; Abitazione vicina al luogo di lavoro;
