Role Overview:
Our client is looking for a Senior Product Manager – Payments & Acquiring under a B2B (business-to-business) contract to own and shape its Card Acquiring proposition across card-present and e-commerce payments, driving product growth, innovation, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute the product strategy for Card-Present and e-commerce acquiring, aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
Lead the development and scaling of POS and e-commerce acquiring propositions, including unattended POS use cases where relevant.
Actively monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, identify opportunities, and respond to competitor activities.
Own product and feature planning, development, testing, launch, and continuous optimization.
Drive acquiring economics and commercial performance, including merchant pricing, interchange, scheme fees, processor costs, and profitability.
Lead cross-functional teams and make product decisions, challenge technical solutions, and represent the product with external partners.
Establish scalable business processes and ensure effective handover to responsible teams.
Must-Have Requirements:
5+ years of Product Management experience, with significant experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
Proven experience launching, developing, or scaling Card-Present acquiring / POS products , combined with strong e-commerce acquiring experience.
Strong understanding of CP and CNP acquiring,
