Job DescriptionJoin the Group Academy team as a Learning Governance and Strategy Manager at Generali.Within the Group Chief People & Organization Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to support Generali strategy and business results. The unit is in charge of designing and delivering key training and development initiatives to enrich the potential of our people and equip them for business and future challenges.Key responsibilities of the role will include:Supporting the definition and implementation of Group’s learning strategy in alignment with business priorities, leadership development goals, and transformation initiativesLeading the governance of learning processes, policies, and standards across the organization, ensuring consistency, quality, and complianceCollaborating with HR, business leaders, and global Learning & Development teams to co-create strategic learning frameworks and roadmapsMonitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives through KPIs, dashboards, and impact assessments, providing insights to guide decision-makingDriving the integration of innovative learning methodologies and technologies into the strategic learning agendaManaging relationships with external partners, vendors, and consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning solutionsActing as a key advisor and partner to senior stakeholders on learning strategy, capability building, and workforce developmentActing as a strategic advisor and internal consultant on learning-related topics, contributing to organizational development and change management effortsFacilitating cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovationRequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related disciplines6+ years of professional experience in Learning & Development, HR Strategy, Management Consulting, or Organizational Transformation, preferably in large, international organizationsProven experience in strategic planning, governance, and project management within the learning or talent development domainStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisionsExperience in managing complex stakeholder environments and influencing at senior levelsExperience in People ManagementFamiliarity with learning technologies and digital platforms is a plus, but not mandatoryStrategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learningStrong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsCollaborative and inclusive approach, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharingAnalytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-makingHigh level of adaptability, resilience, and curiosityEqual Employment OpportunityGenerali is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
