You’ll work closely with the Retail Director Europe and Area Managers to drive meaningful results, support data‑driven decision making, and shape the way we work and grow across our retail network.HOW YOU BRING IT TO LIFEAnalyze retail performance by monitoring sales and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growthSupport the Retail Director Europe and Area Managers in preparing reports, defining corrective actions, and tracking progressBuild and maintain dashboards and reports that provide timely and accurate business insightsIdentify and share best practices across stores to optimize operations and enhance the customer experienceCollaborate with CVM, Merchandising, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between strategy and executionSpend time in stores to observe operations, collect feedback, and support local teams in implementing action plansWHO YOU AREThis is how you show upYou bring 1–2 years of experience in analytical roles within retail, preferably in luxury, fashion, or strategy consultingYou are skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally familiar with BI tools such as Power BI or TableauYou are known for your strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit, which shine through in how you support teamsYou thrive when working on data‑driven projects that have a tangible impact on retail performance and customer experienceYou communicate fluently in English and Italian, and feel confident engaging with diverse, multicultural teams NATURALLY IN ZEGNAJoining us means stepping into a world of excellence, where the uniqueness of our authenticity is rooted in the talents of our people, who together contribute to weaving a story of innovation and craftsmanship.
