Intern - Mandate Specialist

We are looking for a Mandate Specialist Intern to support our team in delivering investment solutions to UBS Wealth Management clients in Italy. Your role Responsibilities As a Mandate Specialist Intern, you will support the team in a variety of activities related to discretionary mandates and alternative investments. Your responsibilities may include:

• Coordinate the monthly review and publication of after-sales materials and support the distribution of investment-related communications.
• Prepare and update sales and aftersales marketing materials and presentations for internal and client use.
• Support Client Advisors by providing product-specific information, education and updates on investment solutions and investment processes.
• Update business monitoring tools, dashboards and analytical reports to support team activities and business development initiatives.
• Monitor daily CIO research and market insights, identifying and sharing the most relevant content with main stakeholders.
