You'll be at the forefront of solving complex technical challenges while building scalable, innovative solutions that transform how businesses manage their supply chain operations.What You'll Do:Lead and architect mission‑critical initiatives across multiple teams, establishing best practices for software developmentDesign, develop, and deploy robust infrastructure solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teamsBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and monitoring systems to ensure service reliabilityMentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellenceDevelop secure, highly available services that power supply chain operationsCreate innovative solutions to enhance service quality and customer experienceIdeal Candidate Will Have:Good background in designing and building large‑scale distributed systemsExperience leading technical initiatives and mentoring other engineersExpertise in modern software development practices and cloud technologiesTrack record of delivering complex projects in fast‑paced environmentsBasic Qualifications5+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experienceExperience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering teamPreferred Qualifications5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experienceBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalentOur inclusive culture empowers Amazon employees to deliver the best results for our customers.
