Today, we are part of Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG), with a diverse team of over 7,000 people from 90 countries.Get to Know our TeamThe Performance Marketing Team of Agoda is a world leader in online marketing, highly data-driven and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing programs and channels.In this role, you’ll get toDefine marketing strategy for the Flights vertical (outside of pricing)Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s Flights business on different channels (e.g., CRM, Paid Performance marketing)Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insightsDevelop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growthPartner closely with various business functions, especially Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and flights supply, to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau to drive meaningful initiativesMonitor and report on the effectiveness of business initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvementCommunicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior managementLead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and managers; participate in hiring and onboarding new team membersWhat you’ll need to succeedExtensive experience: 8+ years in a data analytics position or projects involving large data sets—preferably in the tech, e‑commerce, or digital marketing industry.Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, math, engineering, economics, or finance.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and generate impactful recommendations.Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehousing (SQL, Tableau, MS Excel).Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in creating visually appealing presentations.Stakeholder management: Ability to effectively communicate, influence, and persuade across levels, including senior management, with proven commercial acumen.People management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing team members.Entrepreneurial mindset: Proactive, ownership‑driven attitude with a get‑thing‑done mindset.It’s great if you haveExperience in digital or social media marketing.Experience in the online travel or e‑commerce industry.Experience in hypothesis testing frameworks, statistical analysis, and using Python/R for data manipulation and analysis.Equal Opportunity EmployerAt Agoda, we pride ourselves on being a company represented by people of all different backgrounds and orientations.
