DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a PMO Manager to lead project management excellence across our H&W Region. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping project governance, strengthening project management capabilities, and driving the successful delivery of key business initiatives across Italy, France, and the UK. You will play a critical role in aligning cross-functional teams around shared objectives, fostering a culture of accountability and execution, and ensuring projects deliver measurable business value.
What You’ll Do
As PMO Manager, you will lead a team of Project Managers while partnering closely with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Sales, Service, and Regional Leadership teams.
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team Inspire, coach, and develop a multicultural team of Project Managers located across Italy, France, and the UK.
- Foster collaboration, ownership, and professional growth within the team.
- Champion a strong "Make It Happen" mindset, promoting accountability, agility, and customer focus.
- Drive Project Management Excellence Establish and standardize project governance processes across the region.
- Ensure consistent project execution, reporting, and decision-making practices.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery performance and efficiency.
- Manage and Optimize the Project Portfolio Monitor project portfolio performance through KPIs, dashboards, and management reviews.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation plans are in place.
- Support prioritization and resource allocation decisions to maximize business impact.
- Enable Organizational Success Align project objectives with strategic business goals.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across countries, functions, and organizational levels.
- Develop and deliver project management training and capability-building initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on project execution and change management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience leading a PMO or managing complex project portfolios within an international organization.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing project management teams.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are highly valued).
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
Skills
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and influencing abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities at all organizational levels.
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Nice to Have
Experience driving organizational or cultural change initiatives.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.

Compensation & Benefits
- Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €80,000 - €100,000, depending on experience, skills, and scope of responsibilities, under the applicable CCNL Metalmeccanici.
- Annual Target Bonus: 10% - 15% of Gross Annual Salary.
