Job Description 2026 – Senior Business Analyst WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for talented problem-solvers who are ready to integrate as full members of the client team. Business analysts are expected to contribute ideas, opinions, and new information. Working with experienced consultants, you will be able to develop models, perform complex analyses and work on research assignments at both the office and client sites. WHY KEARNEY? As a senior business analyst, you will attend training programs where you improve essential concepts and methodologies that are crucial to management consulting You will work alongside colleagues who will help you grow as you help our clients solve their most important issues
Qualifications
WHAT ARE WE SEEKING FOR? PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE READY TO START THE SELECTION PROCESS IMMEDIATELY (i.e. you are fully autonomous in solving Business Cases and therefore you are ready for the technical interviews) Remember to enter all your final grades (or GPA). This is mandatory to be considered for screening. 1. Master’s degree , preferably in Business or Engineering 105 min for Bachelor and Master 2. Italian and English C1-C2 Level required 3. 2-4 years’ experience in strategic consultancy DO YOU HAVE MORE THAN 4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CONSULTANCY? We suggest applying for Associate position.Language Requirements
