Successful applicants will be part of the Consulting Practice Healthcare & Local Government industry and will be involved in several engagements aimed at supporting our clients (Public and Private) during their Digital Transformation Journeys. In Consulting we partner with all the DXC capabilities to co-create innovative solutions and to improve our customers and employees’ experiences, design and implement differentiated products and services, smart processes, and efficient technology platforms. We turn our client’s complexities into value, through agile governance programs and change management frameworks.ResponsibilitiesDesign of “IT Architectures” and “IT Frameworks” (Organizations and Processes)IT Cost Benefits Analysis in HealthCare or public administration domainsAnalysis and Redesign of HealthCare or public sector processesMarket analysis in order to support the building of partnership for new servicesDrafting of project documentation (technical and functional)Take part in large Digital Transformation engagements with cross-functional teamsContribute to project methodologies, tools, and workstep executionContribute to client management and relationships buildingRequirementsBachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics and MathematicsMinimum 5 years of experience in Management Consulting domain (HealthCare or Public Sector)A proven passion for one of the areas explained aboveItalian mother tongue and Good English (both oral and written)The ideal candidates should have good relational and analytical skills, proactivity, and ability to work in teams; availability to travel and focus on the goalsLocation: Rome with smart working possibilityAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
