And our success allows Knoll to support causes that align with our values so we can build a more sustainable, equitable and beautiful future for everyone.Purpose of the RoleThe EHS Specialist (ASPP) supports the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Health Safety & Environment management system internally at MillerKnoll Italy. The role operates on the plants in Foligno and Graffignana and collaborates closely with the Italian H&S Manager (RSPP) and with the ASPP in Graffignana to guarantee regulatory compliance, effective risk management and alignment with MillerKnolls global EHS standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the RSPP in the operational management of the EHS Prevention and Protection Service at both sites.Plan and execute EHS activities with alternating presence at Foligno and Graffignana.Conduct regular workplace inspections and internal audits according to MillerKnoll global standards.Identify risks, non‑conformities and improvement opportunities.Develop and update the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) and specific assessments.Manage incident, near‑miss and corrective action reporting and investigation.Provide basic safety training and promote a proactive safety culture.Support environmental management, records and mandatory compliance activities.Collect, analyze and report EHS KPIs required by the Group.Support deployment of global EHS standards programs and continuous improvement initiatives.Skills & CompetenciesOperative approach and constant presence in industrial contexts.Clear and effective communication at all organizational levels.Risk evaluation and structured problem‑solving skills.Collaborative attitude and continuous improvement orientation.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills for two plants.Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.Experience & Qualifications13 years of experience in an EHS/HSE role in a manufacturing or industrial context.Solid knowledge of the Italian Normative Health & Safety (81/08) and related standards.Professional level in English for reporting and global communications.Availability for regular
