Join to apply for the Marketing Specialist role at Embodied AI Embodied AI SA is a Swiss robotics startup building the first commercially viable soft robotic workforce for human environments. Our approach is to deploy physically safe robots with advanced learning algorithms. Founded by researchers from EPFL, TU Delft, and MIT, our mission is to bring robots into human spaces and transform how robotics supports society. We are looking for our first dedicated marketing hire. In this role you will be responsible for our brand presence, and own the full marketing function from strategy to execution. You will shape how the world sees Embodied AI as we transition from breakthrough technology to category-defining company. You will work closely with our founders and commercial team to generate demand, build our brand, and position Embodied AI as the leader in frontier physical AI globally. Responsibilities Develop and execute our marketing strategy across brand, content, demand generation and communications Produce high-quality visual content that elevates our brand: from pamphlets, pitch decks, and product one-pagers to social graphics and event materials Capture and edit photos and videos of our robots, lab environment, customer pilots, and team interviews Build a consistent visual identity for how Embodied AI is portrayed across digital channels, events, and press Collaborate with engineering and product teams to visually communicate technical concepts in a clear, engaging way Own our website, LinkedIn, and content pipeline Grow our following, drive engagement, and establish our founders and team as thought leaders in physical AI Create and curate content that resonates with both industrial buyers and the AI/robotics community Plan and manage our presence at trade shows, industry events, and conferences Create sales enablement materials (decks, case studies, visualisations) that help close deals Drive PR and media relations. We have been featured in Forbes, CNN, and NRC. Keep the momentum going Requirements 3-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in robotics, industrial automation, or deep tech Strong storytelling skills. You can translate complex technology into clear, compelling narratives Previous experience growing B2B brands on LinkedIn. You know what content performs, how the algorithm works, and how to build founder/executive thought leadership Comfortable in a fast-moving startup where priorities shift and you wear many hats Capable of being a generalist who does both strategy and execution Previous familiarity with robotics/AI ecosystem, manufacturing/logistics industries, or European deep tech scene is nice to have Fluent English speaker Embodied AI is an equal‑opportunity employer.
