Manpower ricerca, per prestigioso showroom di arredi di alta gamma, una/un Sales Assistant motivato e appassionato del settore a Milano.La risorsa ideale ha esperienza nella vendita assistita, preferibilmente in contesti luxury, e una spiccata attitudine al servizio clienti. Responsabilità Accoglienza e consulenza personalizzata alla clientela, sia privata che professionale Gestione dell’esposizione e del visual merchandising secondo gli standard aziendali Supporto alla rete commerciale e gestione ordini Attività di back office e aggiornamento dell’inventario Partecipazione a eventi e presentazioni in showroom Requisiti richiesti Esperienza pregressa nel settore retail, preferibilmente in arredamento o lusso Conoscenza fluente della lingua Inglese (C1); ulteriori lingue sono un plus Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali Attitudine commerciale e orientamento al risultato Disponibilità a lavorare su turni Cosa offriamo Contratto a tempo determinato a scopo assuntivo Ambiente di lavoro dinamico e stimolante Opportunità di crescita professionale in un contesto internazionale Retribuzione competitiva in base alla seniority Gradita pregressa esperienza nel ruolo, gestione amministrativa e di back office
