We are a leading IPP developing, financing, building, operating, and owning renewable energy assets worldwide.Senior Construction Project Manager – ItalyWe are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager with a team‑player approach and extensive knowledge of PV plant construction in Italy. The Manager will support active projects in construction and subsequent commissioning.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage construction projects from conception to completion.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design professionals to review plans and specifications.Manage contract negotiations and agreements with EPC and O&M providers.Hire, supervise, and motivate subcontractors and construction crews.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.Secure permits and ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.Monitor project progress, identify issues, and proactively address them.Manage project budget and identify cost‑saving opportunities.Ensure a safe work environment and enforce all safety protocols.Coordinate internal Site Manager team.Coordinate external service providers (owner engineering, environmental advisory, health & safety supervision services, etc.).Provide all close‑out documentation to the Asset Management team upon project completion.RequirementsEngineering degree (preferable).Solid knowledge and understanding of the solar PV industry.In‑depth experience in PV construction & management, from EPC and / or owner perspectives.Team player with high organization, time‑management, and autonomy.Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and business relationships.Strong written and oral communication skills.Good level of English; knowledge of Italian and Spanish is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and CAD.Available to travel and stay at project sites when required.BenefitsPrivate health insurance.Pension plan.Paid time off.Work from home.Training & development.Performance bonus.Company car.Restaurant voucher.LocationRome, Latium, ItalyIn Enfinity Global, you will work in a dynamic, multinational environment and help make a real impact on climate change.Visit to discover more about our culture and values.
