Posizione: Software Developer Sede: Ibrido – presenza richiesta 2/3 giorni a settimana presso la sede di Rimini Tipologia di collaborazione: Preferibilmente Partita IVA Durata iniziale: 6 mesi, con possibilità di evoluzione AI Cure è una startup innovativa che sviluppa un AI Digital Twin human-centric per l’efficientamento energetico di edifici e stabilimenti industriali. Cerchiamo un* Software Developer con 2–3 anni di esperienza , passione per lo sviluppo software e un interesse concreto per AI e sostenibilità. La persona entrerà a far parte del team tecnico contribuendo allo sviluppo della piattaforma AI Cure, lavorando a stretto contatto con figure con background diversi e partecipando attivamente alla crescita del prodotto. Cerchiamo una figura con mentalità startup, flessibile, proattiva e orientata al risultato, capace di lavorare in autonomia ma anche aperta al confronto continuo con il team. La posizione richiede conoscenza madrelingua della lingua italiana Sviluppo di applicazioni software in ambito web e data-driven Contributo allo sviluppo di funzionalità basate su AI e digital twin Collaborazione con il team su architetture moderne e scalabili Gestione autonoma delle attività assegnate Confronto continuo con figure tecniche e non tecniche del team Almeno 3 anni di esperienza lavorativa come Backend Software Developer, Fullstack Software Developer o ruolo equivalente Utilizzo professionale del linguaggio Python Esperienza con database SQL (es. PostgreSQL) e NoSQL (es. Redis) Esperienza con piattaforme di cloud computing, in particolare AWS (o equivalenti) Conoscenza avanzata ed esperienza pratica con: strumenti di versionamento del codice e gestione delle attività (es. GitHub, Jira) pattern architetturali (MVC, microservizi, serverless) Comprensione avanzata di tecniche e algoritmi di intelligenza artificiale, machine learning e digital twin Ottime capacità comunicative e di collaborazione in team multidisciplinari Conoscenza madrelingua della lingua italiana Esperienza con: tecniche di data preprocessing librerie di data science e machine learning (es. Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch o equivalenti) progettazione e gestione di architetture cloud, edge o ibride Conoscenza di altri linguaggi di programmazione (Java, PHP, Kotlin, Rust, Go) Esperienza in contesti startup Abitudine al lavoro per obiettivi e in ambienti dinamici Collaborazione su un progetto software innovativo in ambito AI e sostenibilità Ambiente di lavoro flessibile e orientato alla crescita tecnica Confronto diretto con un team multidisciplinare Possibilità di evoluzione della collaborazione al termine del primo progetto Per candidarsi è possibile contattarci tramite LinkedIn, inviando CV e una breve presentazione. #J-18808-Ljbffr
