Join our Industrial Energy Technology Product Service Engineering Team and help customers reduce operating costs and improve productivity.OverviewThe Strategy Deployment Program Manager will lead and manage strategic initiatives that drive the company's growth and operational excellence for customers.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of complex cross‑functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.Facilitate communication and coordination among cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project execution.Organize workshops to map current processes and identify areas of improvement using Lean methodologies.Design and implement KPI, bowler charts and data visualization dashboards to effectively communicate program status and updates to team leaders and stakeholders.Act as an advocate for the IET Business System by learning, communicating, and coaching others on the key principles, operating framework, and mechanisms.Identify and address complex issues by utilizing problem‑solving methodologies.Provide coaching in defining problem statements, conducting data‑driven Root Cause Analysis, and implementing effective and sustainable solutions.Support the governance of the Daily Kaizen and Value Stream Kaizen effectiveness & sustainability review.QualificationsBSc. in Business, Engineering or related field.Proven experience driving transformational programs and excellent project management skills.Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams and interacting with senior leadership.Proficiency in Italian and English.Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.Capability to inspire and motivate cross‑functional teams.Flexible WorkingFlexible hours – flex the times when you work in the day to fit everything in and work when you are most productive.Remote work from home when appropriate.BenefitsContemporary work‑life balance policies and wellbeing activities.Comprehensive private medical care options.Safety net of life insurance and disability programs.Tailored financial programs.Additional elected or voluntary benefits.About UsBaker Hughes is an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
