Overview Job ID: | Amazon.com Services LLC Lead Fulfillment Associate. The Amazon operations team is seeking Lead Fulfillment Associates with a proven track record of delivering results to join our expanding team supporting operations leaders and associates in driving strong performance within our fulfillment centers. Lead Fulfillment Associates may hold multiple roles within the Fulfillment Center, including Trainer, Process Assistant and Shipping Clerk. All roles involve performing production duties as needed (e.g., pick/pack orders, receive/store product, ensure inventory accuracy, unload/load trucks) and communicating instructions to other associates, motivating the team, and maintaining safe work areas. Responsibilities Fill multiple FC roles as assigned (e.g., ISS Representative, Process Assistant, Dock Clerk, Receiving Clerk, Shipping Clerk, Non-Inventory Receive Clerk, Regulated Waste Coordinator, Amazon Robotics Quarterback, Floor Health Monitor, Data Analyst). Perform production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, verify inventory, unload/load trucks. Communicate instructions to associates, monitor performance, motivate the team, and maintain safe, organized work areas. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (carriers, Retail/Vendor Management, catalog teams) as applicable to role. Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity standards; participate in standard-work execution and process improvements where appropriate. Qualifications Basic Qualifications – 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience; High school diploma or equivalent; ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays; ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours, and frequently push/pull/squat/bend/reach; ability to work 40 hours/week plus overtime as required; age 18 or older. Preferred Qualifications – An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; 1+ year of leadership experience directly managing others; 1+ year in a like environment (manufacturing/distribution/warehousing/large retail); experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement; excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to coach, train and assist team members. Benefits and Other Information Starting pay includes base pay plus applicable shift differentials; additional earnings may come from overtime and performance bonuses.
