The Amazon Customs & Trade (ACT) team delivers comprehensive customs brokerage services for our customers.We are seeking a detail‑oriented Customs Brokerage Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage daily customs clearance operations for ocean, air, rail, and truck cross‑border shipments. The position involves collaborating with freight forwarders, sellers, and vendors to ensure proper shipment and document preparation, while monitoring clearance status and managing issue escalation. You will also perform accurate data entry for entry filing, classifications, and inspections, as well as generate and track delivery forms while ensuring compliance requirements are met.The ideal candidate will be customer‑obsessed, detail‑driven, and passionate about international logistics. Join us as we revolutionize global commerce, one shipment at a time.Key Job ResponsibilitiesVerify completeness of information upon onboarding CustomersPrepare import documentation to ensure timely release and delivery of ordersVerify accuracy of commercial documentation and chargesSubmit documentation to regulatory agenciesMeet daily/weekly KPI targets for entry submission and accuracyCollaborate with other service providers to solve shipment issuesCollaborate with origin and destination logistics teams2nd Tier support for Customer Service queriesAbout the Team We are a collaborative group of logistics professionals dedicated to streamlining international trade processes. The Colorado base pay for this position ranges from $40,300/year up to $70,600/year. The National base pay for this position ranges from $36,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $77,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
