About Us Scorp Inc. is an innovative technology company with offices in Istanbul and San Francisco. Human Resources Specialist We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on recruitment processes, supporting HR operations, and contributing to people-related initiatives. Responsibilities & Qualifications Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations and HR-related inquiries Support performance management, feedback, and engagement cycles Coordinate with hiring managers and external partners throughout the hiring process Maintain HR documentation, policies, and ensure local compliance Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives Collaborate with global People & Culture teams to localize HR practices Track HR and recruitment metrics, reporting, and insights Contribute to culture, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives Currently living in São Paulo, Brazil Proven experience as an HR Generalist with hands‑on recruitment responsibilities Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes Background in startup or fast‑paced environments Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly Interest in technology, digital products, and modern HR practices Strong cultural awareness and people‑centric mindset What We Offer Hybrid working model with an established office presence Opportunity to grow in a global tech company International exposure and collaboration with global teams High ownership and impact on people and recruitment processes Inclusive, collaborative, and dynamic work environment If you are based in São Paulo and excited to own recruitment and HR processes in a global, fast‑moving company, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
