We are looking for a talented Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic, fast-paced field sales team. In this role, you will support sales and training for Tatcha and K-18. Travel required to the key Sephora stores inMadrid, with Specific focus on the flagship stores which will play a key role in driving sales performance and events.Each day at Tatcha and K-18 are different, with new problems to solve and tasks to tackle, but here is an idea of some of the things you will work on:Hitting sales targets and KPI objectivesGenerating sell-through via selling and trainingReinforcing brand image and bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactionsMaximizing business opportunities by identifying locations best suited for eventsConducting training for all stores in the regionPerforming one-on-one training for individuals on an ad-hoc basisStaffing events, selling, developing customers, and supporting logistics when necessaryWho You AreYou are able to learn quickly and take initiative, as our company is dynamic and ever evolving.
