Ensure the implementation of the Channel and Category Strategy within the assigned geographical area/territory and deliver agreed objectives on turnover and profitability. Lead and coach your team of Sales Agents for business development. Manage directly local key customers. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach are essential to address challenges and capitalize on commercial opportunities arising daily in the field. A key role is played in managing relationships with agents, ensuring performance is maintained while balancing Nestlé’s strategic interests with agents’ objectives. Active and proactive participation is expected in all Sales alignment meetings. Sales planning responsibilities include the preparation and presentation of the annual sales plan across all categories and trade assets.A Day in the Life of Territory Sales ManagerPlan, implement, monitor, and review area plan per sub-channelLead and train agents on managing sales and customersAssign targets and budgets to agents to pursue objectivesOversee the Order to Cash process to ensure proper sales execution (monitor/approve discounts and returns, liaise with other departments such as Customer Support, Logistics, Trade Marketing to finalize orders)Monitor daily performance and work with agents/customers to implement recovery actions needed to meet targetsManage the collection process for due invoicesVisit customers to verify product sell‑out/improve visibility and implement actions to reduce unsold stock riskActively seek new customersAccurate forecasting of main sales KPIsReview the organizational structure of the area, evaluating potential changes in customer management across the territoryWhat will make you successful?Degree in Economics considered a plusExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong result orientationNegotiation skillsResilience and tenacityHigh organizational autonomyProactivityGood forecasting abilityWho We Are, What We Believe InWe are Nestlé.
