In your role you'll have the chance to : Drive Strategic Growth : Play a key role in expanding our footprint in the Life Sciences sector by identifying, shaping, and securing new business opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotech, and med‑tech companies. Collaborate with Industry Experts : Work with a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to co‑create innovative strategies and scalable solutions. Develop Client Relationships : Build and nurture long‑term client relationships at the executive level, becoming a trusted advisor. Mentor and Lead Teams : Guide and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Key Qualifications Educational Background : Successfully completed degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A Ph D or MBA would be preferred. Industry Experience : Minimum 8‑10 years of experience in a top‑tier strategy consulting firm, with a strong track record in delivering growth projects within the Life Science industry. Experience in Industrial Life Science and Med Tech would be preferred. Language Skills : Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory. Proficiency in German is considered a strong asset. Communication Excellence : Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations. Entrepreneurial Drive : Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, change, and value creation. Leadership Experience : Proven experience in leading and motivating high‑performing teams, with a focus on talent development and collaboration. Cultural Fit : Resilient, adaptable with a visionary outlook and a hands‑on approach to solving client challenges. This role requires a high degree of travel flexibility.
