For more information, visit Missione del ruolo Come Solution Consultant, sarai parte integrante del team di implementazione JAGGAER, contribuendo alla configurazione 'attivazione di soluzioni eProcurement per clienti in ambito prevalentemente pubblico. Collaborerai con team interni e stakeholder esterni per garantire il successo dei progetti, dalla raccolta dei requisiti alla configurazione della piattaforma, fino alla transizione verso il supporto post go-live. Responsabilità principali Supportare l'implementazione di soluzioni software SaaS per clienti pubblici, rispettando tempi, budget e ambito progettuale Collaborare con i clienti per raccogliere requisiti funzionali e tradurli in configurazioni applicative Partecipare attivamente alla stesura della documentazione di progetto e alla gestione operativa delle attività Contribuire alla risoluzione proattiva di problematiche tecniche e funzionali Gestire sessioni di formazione per gli utenti finali Mantenere una comunicazione efficace con clienti, fornitori e team interni Adottare e promuovere le best practice di project management e automazione dei processi Competenze richieste Laurea preferita in ambito economico, ingegneristico o informatico L'esperienza in ambito public procurement o la pregressa conoscenza del Codice degli Appalti è un plus Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Familiarità con strumenti di produttività aziendale (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project) Capacità di apprendere rapidamente e gestire più progetti in parallelo Eccellenti doti comunicative, sia scritte che verbali Attitudine proattiva, orientata al problem solving e alla collaborazione Disponibilità a viaggiare a livello nazionale e internazionale (20–30%) Cosa offriamo Ambiente di lavoro internazionale, dinamico e stimolante Formazione continua, coaching e supporto per la crescita professionale Una remunerazione competitiva e commisurata all'esperienza ed alle skills Opportunità di contribuire a progetti strategici nel settore pubblico Sei pronto a fare la differenza nel mondo dell'eProcurement pubblico?
