PROJECT MANAGER – A2A A2A Ambiente – Engineering of Waste Treatment Plants. Location Milan Olgettina (MI) or Brescia Lamarmora (BS) Company A2A Ambiente, part of the A2A Group, operates in the recovery of materials and energy through waste valorization. Role Overview We are looking for a Project Manager to join the “Ingegneria Impianti di Trattamento” team, responsible for project design, permitting, construction and implementation of new and existing waste treatment plants. Responsibilities Project Management of construction projects from ideation through design, authorization and execution. Coordination of the project team to achieve project objectives within budget, schedule and quality limits. Planning of activities and control. Preparation of periodic reports and communication to management of work progress. Contract management and third‑party relationships. Technical inspections at constructors’ workshops and construction sites, including abroad. Support preparation of documentation for permit requests for new or modified plants. Implementation of interventions for problem resolution, litigation, organisational changes when deviations are detected. Business plan evaluation of initiatives. Qualifications Master’s degree in Engineering. At least 5 years of experience as PM on projects and construction sites, not limited to waste handling. Experience managing a construction project of value over €50 million. Experience in role as RL preferred. Excellent use of Office suite. Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and Primavera. Knowledge of safety regulations (DLGS 81/2008, DPR 177/2011) relating to construction sites. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 standards. Availability for domestic and international trips. Driving licence B. Organisational capacity, proactivity and decision autonomy. Good relational skills and conflict management with internal and external collaborators.
