Antal International is a Multinational Headhunting Company with more than 140 offices in 40 countries.Life Science is a Team specialized in profiles with a Scientific and Engineering background in Manufacturing, Production, Engineering, SCM, Research and Development, Medical, Quality and Technical-Commercial in Pharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biotech, Chemical, Cosmetic, Medical, Diagnostic, Plastic Rubber, Food sectors.The CompanyMultinational Pharmaceutical CompanyTHE ROLEPlan production schedule in collaboration with other company functionsMonitor raw materials inventories to ensure production continuity and optimize costs and storage levelsAct as the key driver for the adoption of new operational methodologies, promoting a Lean culture across all organizational levels (Tier Accountability, Gemba Walks, and Structured Problem Solving), effectively managing resistance to changeMaintain a strong presence in the department, acting as a visible, approachable, and authoritative reference for Department Managers, Shift Supervisors, and OperatorsBuild a collaborative and cohesive work environment, actively contributing to a positive company climate and team motivation, while managing direct and indirect resourcesCoordinate departments with heterogeneous technologies:Sterile: Ensure process sterility (Aseptic processing, sterilizing filtration, filling in classified environments, terminal sterilization)Semi-solids (Gels) and Solid Oral Forms: Supervise granulation, mixing, compression, and bulk preparation processes.Ensure the efficiency of primary and secondary packaging lines, by reducing changeover times and optimizing material flowMonitor compliance with customer delivery schedules through coordination with management and customer serviceEnsure continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System performance for the protection of Workers' Health and Safety and of the EnvironmentEnsure that production facilities are used safely and in an environmentally responsible manner, and that all employees are trained according to current safety regulationsCoordinate with Maintenance to ensure plant availability, planning technical downtime and preventive interventions without impacting service levelsPersonal growth and accountability within the working team by analysing behaviours and attitudes inconsistent with assigned roles, with the aim of achieving company objectives and promoting corporate culture.Promote a "zero" safety culture (i.e. zero injury), ensuring compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08 and environmental regulations, and guaranteeing that all personnel are properly trained and aware of operational risksElaborate the production budget (fixed costs, variable costs, headcount), monitoring monthly performance, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions to restore efficiencyREQUIREMENTSDegree: Engineering (Chemical, Management, Mechanical) or scientific disciplines (Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology)At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (minimum 3 years in Pharma within structured Pharmaceutical/Consumer Healthcare companies), or with transversal professional path covering roles of increasing responsibility related to production/production process management/operational excellence. Proven experience in Pharmaceutical or Consumer Healthcare manufacturing contexts is mandatoryAdvanced knowledge of sterile and/or non-sterile production techniquesAdvanced knowledge of GMP (sterile and non-sterile) and HSE regulationsAdvanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies (i.e. Problem Solving, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, SMED).
