We are passionate about changing the education landscape by building a world full of meaningful English educational experiences.We are proud to have a wonderful and diverse community all over the world.Role Overview For our school in Milano Porta Romana, we are looking for an energetic and fun English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join our teamRequirementsA positive attitude and an energetic "can do" approach to children’s learning.Well organized with good time management skills.Flexibility with work hours and availability.What you’ll do as a TeacherPrepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.What you’ll do as a CoordinatorSupervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method.Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school.Teaching Experience Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.QualificationsAdvanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)Have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.Interest in working with children.Planning and organisation skills.A team player: if you've played on a team, you'll fit right inWe OfferFixed-term10 hours per week as a coordinator and 5 hours per week as a teacherYoung and stimulating work environment.Seniority level Not ApplicableEmployment type OtherJob function Education and TrainingIndustries Primary and Secondary EducationKids&Us embraces diversity and is committed to attracting qualified candidates who also embrace and value diversity and inclusivity.
