Global Supply Chain Specialist

Your ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and prioritize global demands, including service requests, managing shortages to achieve the best overall resultCoordinate and track intercompany orders to guarantee timely delivery; liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providersManage and support bottleneck situations and capacity constraints from supplier through to production lineSupport production planning prioritization to minimize bottleneck impact; assist in defining new delivery dates and customer communicationAssist in coordination of transportation and delivery schedulesAnalyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks and generate regular management reportsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costsCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, production planning, material disposition, and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment and product availabilitySupport risk management by identifying potential supply chain risks and assisting in developing mitigation strategiesYour Qualifications & SkillsMaster’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldMinimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, production planning, or procurement with solid knowledge of supply chain principles and operationsStrong understanding of purchasing, corporate procurement processes and production planningProficient in MS Office (especially Excel), ERP systems, and Business Intelligence toolsStructured, independent working style with strong team spirit, adaptability, and attention to detailProven problem-solving and analytical thinkingLanguage skills: fluent in English and Italian, knowledge of German is advantageousOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefitsWHY ALPITRONICTogether with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting‑edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
