Team Leader & Client Coordinator presso Brayton Global Siamo alla ricerca di un/una IT Support Specialist con esperienza in ambito networking , da inserire in un team dinamico che supporta infrastrutture critiche. Conoscenza approfondita di Juniper e ServiceNow Gradita certificazione CCNA e/o CCIE Supporto di 2° e 3° livello Italiano e Inglese fluente Disponibilità a reperibilità, trasferte e turni Responsabilità Fornire supporto di livello 2 e 3 per prodotti Juniper e piattaforme implementate Collaborare nella pianificazione delle presenze per le diverse sedi del cluster Supportare il team di livello 1 e gestire problematiche segnalate dal Technical Manager Segnalare e assegnare i problemi al Technical Operation Centre (TOC) di Milano e seguire la risoluzione da parte del team di supporto locale Collaborare con il team tecnico centrale del TOC, gestendo RCA (Root Cause Analysis) e guidando il team di supporto nell’implementazione delle soluzioni Effettuare interventi on-site ove necessario per assistere, risolvere o implementare soluzioni JNPR Supportare il team di distribuzione nella preparazione e configurazione delle attrezzature da trasferire nelle sedi L'attività può essere svolta nelle città di Milano, Cortina, Livigno e Pedrazzo #J-18808-Ljbffr
