The role is responsible for managing day-to-day finance and administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all processes, with a key focus on the functional supervision of the ERP system (SAP FI/CO modules).Key Responsibilities:full management of general and analytical accounting, ensuring compliance with Italian Accounting Standards (OIC);oversee monthly and annual closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and depreciation;prepare statutory financial statements in collaboration with external consultants;manage tax compliance activities, including VAT returns, F24 payments, CU, 770, and other obligations;supervise active and passive cycles, including electronic invoicing, contract accounting, and invoice recording;ensure correct cost allocation by cost centers and projects, including payroll cost accounting;support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in collaboration with operational and commercial teams;prepare financial documentation for internal and external audits, including reporting to public entities;act as key user and functional owner of the SAP ERP system (FI/CO modules), leading improvement initiatives and supporting implementation projects;coordinate with IT and external consultants to optimize ERP functionalities in line with business needs;support the CFO in preparing short-term cash flow projections and monitoring working capital;assist in timesheet administration and management of consultant contracts;maintain relationships with foreign branches and provide administrative support to international operations.Candidate Skills:degree in Accounting, Economics, or equivalent education;at least 7 years of experience in administration, finance, and control roles, with autonomy in monthly and annual closings;strong knowledge of Italian tax compliance and statutory accounting (OIC);solid experience with SAP ERP (FI/CO modules); participation in implementation/improvement projects is a plus;Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;Ability to work proactively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment;Fluent Italian and professional-level English.More About RIMONDAt RIMOND, we’re an international and culturally diverse team of experts driven by innovation and united by a shared vision: creating landmark projects that positively impact communities and our planet.
