Gas Technology Services Supplier Quality Engineer – Field Management

We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future. As Gas Technology Services Supplier Quality Engineer you will act as Supplier Quality representative in the GTS and Procurement continuous improvement initiatives. You will build relationships with internal teams and suppliers to ensure successful delivery. You will ensure supplier quality to global standards and lead continuous improvement where there are performance issues. In detail youll be responsible for :Preparing and present quality performance metrics to internal leadership and customers e.g. Escaping defects cost of poor quality Lessons Learned RCA timeliness. As part of the strategic initiatives revamp the purchase qualification process suppliers performance and surveillance in collaboration with Gas Technology Service organization for service commodities (mainly Field Service and Repair). Carry out supplier audits (mainly QMS). Collaborate with the Supplier Quality team the Quality GT Service business and IET Quality organization on specific workstreams.To be successful in this role you will :Have a Master degree in Engineering or equivalent Have a data driven mindset and apply statistical methods Have experience in problem solving methodologies and ability to lead programs / projects. Have experience in dealing with suppliers Demonstrate a sound working understanding of field services Be able to travel domestic and internationally Previous and proven experience in conducting audits according to ISO9001.
