We are partnered with a leading M&A Insurance Underwriter for an entry-level hire into their team in Milan. Headquartered in New York and London, and with a team built by former attorneys and advisors in the fields of M&A, tax, insurance, litigation, intellectual property and capital markets, our client is an elite MGA in the sector looking to grow their junior team in Europe with an ambitious, diligent, and collaborative Law Graduate eager to make a name for themselves. What is the role? This is an exciting opportunity within our Client’s M&A division for a bright and enthusiastic person seeking to build a career in the Insurance industry. What will you be doing?Deal with incoming enquiries from clients, insurers and third parties Develop strong relationships with markets and with clients Advise our clients on legal issues during their corporate transactions Ensure up to date records are always maintained on the Company systems Ensure correct authorisation is obtained and processes followed when required by the Company and / or Group policies and procedures Provide relevant management information to senior management Manage assigned projects and contribute to other projects as required Respond appropriately to urgent issues as they ariseKeep informed of all legal and regulatory developments relevant to the department Deliver a personal performance that contributes towards the Company achieving its objectives Ensure all dealings are carried out with integrity and professionalism Continuously develop skills and knowledgeWhat do you need to apply to this role?A degree in Law is required Ideally at least 1 year of post graduate work Fluent in Italian Experience of working in high pressure, multi-task, customer focused environments A desire to build a career within the insurance industry Ability to network extensively and can build sustainable working relationshipsIf you would like more information on this role, or any other roles we are recruiting for right now, please get in touch with #J-18808-Ljbffr
