We’re hiring aData Analystto strengthen Interroll’s global sales data foundation and analytics capabilities. You will work across SAP, SAP Datasphere, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Python and Databricks to build reliable datasets, define KPI logic, automate data flows and deliver dashboards that support decision-making across Sales, Marketing and Finance.Team & Mission You will join theGlobal Business Performanceteam responsible for defining and monitoring sales KPIs, ensuring consistent and timely reporting, delivering advanced analytics and pricing insights, and supporting executive leadership with structured, data‑driven intelligence. The function acts as the central analytical link between global leadership and the worldwide sales network.Key Responsibilities Data Modelling & GovernanceModel and maintain “golden” sales datasets in SAP Datasphere and related platforms.Integrate SAP, CRM, and other external sources into standardized reporting layers.Ensure alignment with data governance rules, KPI definitions, and documentation standards.KPI Standardization & Performance FrameworksDefine, maintain, and document global KPI logic.Translate business requirements into scalable data models and analytical solutions.Ensure consistency of definitions and methodologies across regions.Reporting & DashboardsBuild and enhance dashboards in Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud, ensuring clarity and business relevance.Deliver automated, reliable reporting serving Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Management.Drive adoption of standardized reporting assets across the global organization.ETL / ELT Development & AutomationDevelop and maintain ETL / ELT pipelines within SAP Datasphere, Databricks, and related environments.Implement strong data quality controls and monitoring systems.Support automation initiatives to reduce manual reporting and improve data timeliness.Exploratory & Advanced AnalyticsConduct analysis on segmentation, pricing, churn indicators, market potential, and commercial efficiency.Contribute to scenario modelling, forecasting, and performance diagnostics.Requirements Education & Background Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).Professional ExperiencePrevious experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Analytics Engineer role.Experience with SAP datasets (SD / CO / FI) and SAP Datasphere or comparable DWH platforms is a plus.Technical SkillsHigh proficiency in Power BI (DAX, modelling, visuals, lifecycle management).SQL expertise and strong understanding of dimensional modelling and “golden record” concepts.Python for data preparation, automation, and exploratory analytics; Databricks experience is a plus.Understanding of data governance, KPI frameworks, and documentation best practices.Soft SkillsStrong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.Structured, proactive, and ownership‑driven working approach.Ability to translate analytical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Excellent command of the English language required for daily interactions with multiple team members from all over the world.What We OfferA global role with visibility across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Management.The opportunity to shape Interroll’s Sales performance reporting and analytical landscape.A dynamic environment where data, governance, and insights enable strategic and operational execution.#J-18808-Ljbffr
