Our luxury womenswear brand is looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to join our Milan team and contribute to the growth of our online business.We are looking for a digital professional with at least two years of experience, driven by curiosity, precision, and an entrepreneurial spirit. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about the digital world.In this role, you will report to the Ecommerce Manager and collaborate closely with the Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure a seamless and elevated online experience aligned with the brand’s vision.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBoutique ManagementManage product uploads, and catalogue accuracy on tallermarmo.com and marketplaceWrite product descriptions in line with the brand tone of voice and luxury positioningMaintain consistent visual merchandising across the Online BoutiqueEnsure the right assortment is available at the right timeSupervise and contribute to newslettersMonitor site functionality and coordinate with the technical teamOrder & Inventory OversightSupport ecommerce logistics in orders fulfillment during peak periodsCoordinate with Customer Care to ensure timely and thoughtful serviceMonitor orders, payments, and inventory levelsAnticipate restocks and manage supplies to prevent stockoutsAnalysis & ReportingMonitor and interpret key performance metrics to guide strategic decisionsContentsSupport content creation initiatives, including photoshoots and video productionCollaborate with creative teams to support campaigns, launches, and traffic-driving initiativesREQUIREMENTSMinimum 2 years of experience in EcommerceSolid understanding of Shopify and Google AnalyticsProficient in ExcelSKILLSThoughtful, proactive, and solution-orientedCollaborative with a strong sense of ownershipDetail-driven and able to oversee processes end-to-end
