In Winsearch, società di ricerca e selezione di personale, siamo alla ricerca di un Solution Architect per un nostro cliente. Entrerai a far parte di una società di consulenza in rapida espansione, in particolare di un team che lavora presso una nota società italiana in ambito insurance . Ricoprirai un ruolo strategico, a cavallo tra tecnologia e business, che richiede visione, leadership tecnica e capacità di collaborazione con team multidisciplinari. Il Solution Architect è il punto di incontro tra strategia, tecnologia e implementazione, garantendo che ogni progetto IT sia solido, sostenibile e coerente con gli obiettivi aziendali. Esperienza consolidata in architettura software: microservizi, API, sistemi event-driven, middleware Competenze DevOps e CI/CD: container (Docker, Kubernetes), automazione, pipeline, monitoring Conoscenze approfondite di database: SQL, NoSQL, data warehouse, caching Fondamenti di sicurezza IT: security by design, IAM, crittografia, compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001) Nozioni di networking e infrastruttura: reti, DNS, VPN, load balancing Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica o titoli affini Nice to have: Certificazione Cloud (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified, Google Professional Cloud Architect...) Creare diagrammi architetturali (logici, fisici, deployment) e selezionare fornitori e piattaforme Redigere documentazione tecnica aggiornata e chiara Tradurre i bisogni del business in specifiche tecniche per i team di sviluppo Valutare scelte strategiche come cloud vs on-premise, microservizi vs monolite, SQL vs NoSQL Collaborare con Project Manager, Enterprise Architect, Developer Lead, DevOps e Security Architect Sede : Milano (Ibrido) E' previsto un periodo iniziale di lavoro in presenza (circa un mese) per gestire la fase di onboarding, dopo di che si lavorerà stabilmente in modalità ibrida con presenza in ufficio per un massimo di 2/3 giorni a settimana.
