Customer Quality Technical Support (m/f/d)Join the Customer Quality Technical Support (m/f/d) role at Hitachi Energy . As part of the Customer Quality team, you will support the Customer Quality Manager in defining and specifying activities, processes and standards to meet the quality requirements for our products.Our product portfolio includes CT (current measurement transformers), VT (voltage measurement transformers), Compass and PASS (hybrid multifunctional modules, gas‑insulated but with air output via bushings).How You’ll Make An ImpactSupport the customer quality team and other corporate functions in solving customer complaint cases (internal and external)Participate in daily customer first meetingsDrive the customer quality progress, issue early warnings and escalates key issues to the next levelPrepare investigation reports and RCA analysisPropose improvement projects based on quality issues to reduce warranty costSupport the quality team in increasing efficiency and continuous improvement through analysis methods and reporting methodologyLive Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions while caring for colleagues and the companyYour BackgroundTechnical diplomaPreferred 2–3 years experience in electrical, mechanical, or related technical area; field service experience preferredStructured thinking, collaborative and oriented to improving product reliabilityAbility to handle multiple tasks and strong communication skills to relate to customers and other functionsFluent in Italian and EnglishAvailable for business tripsMore About UsWe offer you the opportunity to work with fantastic people and develop yourself on projects that present great technical challenges and have a real impact.
