Responsible for managing a team of 100+, with 8 direct reports across Italy. Manage relationships with distributors, veterinary clinics, pet shops, pharmacies, and wholesalers. Identify and seize new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally. Responsible for preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.RequirementsMust have experience within the Animal Health industry - specifically the companion animal sector alongside Bovine and Equine as a plus Must have proven experience leading sales teams.
