Before you apply, please read through our Cultural ManifestoABOUT THE ROLEJOB TITLE: Tour Operator AssistantLOCATION: Milan, HQTYPE OF CONTRACT: Curricular / Extracurricular InternshipSALARY RANGE: €800/month + meal vouchersREPORTING TO: Operations ManagerSTARTING DATE: 13/04/2026What you will do:Support the Destination Operations Team in preparing upcoming departures, ensuring accuracy of travel and customer documentationAssist with booking and confirming flights, hotels, and other direct services for group departuresProvide operational support to Travel Coordinators in case of on‑site emergenciesComplete and maintain data entry within our product and operations management systemsBuy, update, and manage documentation related to flight and hotel tickets issued by WeRoadCheck and amend website copy and travel diaries in line with itinerary changesSupport day‑to‑day administrative activities of the Supply and Operations teamWhat we’re looking for:Previous experience in an administrative or operations role is a plus, but not requiredStrong organizational skills and ability to manage basic administrative tasksHigh attention to detail and accuracyComfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environmentWillingness to learn and ability to work independently with guidanceProactive, positive attitude and problem‑solving mindsetBasic knowledge of Google Sheets or strong willingness to learnYou will love working at WeRoad if:You dream big, aim higher, and push yourself beyond limits you didn’t think possible.
